Third, to improve our website and menu based on what customers like. Fourth, to send you promotional offers only if you opt in to our newsletter.

We never use your information for automated decision making or profiling. A real human reviews every catering request. We never share your data with data brokers, marketing firms or third party advertisers.

1.2 Sharing Your Information

Delicias does not sell your personal data to anyone. We share your information only in these limited situations. With payment processors like Stripe or Square to complete your transaction. With delivery partners if you request delivery service. With our website hosting provider to keep the site running. With law enforcement if required by a valid legal order.

Any third party we work with must sign a data protection agreement. They cannot use your data for any purpose other than the specific service we hired them for. We review their compliance every six months.

We keep your order history for seven years. This helps us handle refunds, repeat catering orders and any disputes. We keep your contact information as long as you have an active account or have ordered from us in the last two years.

If you have not ordered from Delicias in over two years and you have no active account, we delete your phone number and address. We keep only anonymous order data for internal reporting like which tacos sell best. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
